I'm not quite through my first bottle (coming up on 30 days), but I've had extremely good results on the one spot about the size of a quarter under my eye. I really hate it and have been putting concealer on with a trowel to hide it. Now I'm barely putting any concealer on. One other very dark spot is definitely lightening. I haven't seen a lot of result on several medium dark spots yet. This is a very effective product, and the cost isn't outrageous like so many others. It's easy to use because it's not sticky or anything and dries quickly and you can apply makeup over it if desired for daytime use. At night I just put it on fairly thick and forget it. I'm ordering another bottle.
