The most important thing I have to say is that I wish I found this service and Barbara so much sooner. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience. I feel like some sort of paid spokesperson, but I sincerely feel like this experience has been so life changing for me. Barbara's responses are so incredibly insightful, she always knows how to put my situation in a different perspective to help me understand it more, and she reiterates what I share with her to show that she understands and is truly listening. Aside from Barbara's outstanding expertise, this platform is the best I could have hoped for.
It's so convenient for me to share my thoughts and feelings as I'm living them as opposed to trying to recall them in an hour-long session every week like a standard therapist. I also feel so much more comfortable with the anonymous aspect of it all. I can share so much more than I ever felt I could with a face-to-face session. The convenience coupled with such an awesome counselor has me here to stay.
