NO complaints, other than I wish I could get a better price. It is not my only probiotic supplement. I also drink 8 oz. of raw home brewed Kombucha per day. I ferment it long enough to consume most of the sugar and use all organic ingredients.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
