I wanted an awesome white dinner jacket to wear on a spring break cruise. The Black Tux had the perfect suite; white jacket with black pants. I looked like James Bond! They were flexible in getting the suit back since I was on a cruise in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Black Tux sent me a suit to try on a month before we set sail. It seemed a little big, so I made a call. Through a couple of selfies and talking with the representative on the phone, we were able to adjust the order for a coat that fit better. When the suit arrived two weeks prior to leaving on the cruise, I tried it on: perfect!
I made sure the people at The Black Tux knew I would be late in returning the suit. They were nothing but kind and accommodating.
I would use The Black Tux again without thinking twice. The suit was classy, the people were great, and the price was very reasonable.
