I tried three bottles initially but stopped because I thought a little pricey. However, after a month I noticed a change in my stomach. I felt bloated, lack of bowels movement, overall just knew I was missing regular bowel movements.
I figured maybe that Nucifica BIO X4 really worked so I ordered six bottles. It arrived within a week, and I definitely felt a difference.
I will continue to take this for the remainder of my life. Although I wish it was a little more affordable.
