I have been looking for a particular Colon Cleansing product when I came across Dr. Gundry's Total Restore. At first, I am not so sure of it, but when I watch the entire video, I know this is what I am looking for. I am well aware of the importance of diet and nutrition. Having had a previous Colon Cleansing, which really made a big impact in my choice of foods and being aware of the importance of good eating, it gave me a sense of relief to be aware of the foods and how it benefits me. And by the way, I will greatly appreciate if you can give a particular advice on a specific time to take the Total Restore. I found it hard at first to try different times. I also experienced hard stools at first, but I adjusted my water intake, and it is really helpful.
I also ordered the Plant Protein Shake, and I can feel much of a difference now. Truly, I am relieved. I am also sharing with my family and friends the real feeling of relief.
