I like the creaminess and it is not oily. I have been using it 2-3 times per day. I noticed some progress but have a ways to go. Three weeks of using this product and I still have cracked heels. One tube will not last the entire 30 days!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

While many of our customers experience improvement right away, it can typically take at least three months for most of our customers to see improvement.
