I have been using the product since November 2017. Just as described, I took it three times a day, every day. By the end of January, I really noticed a difference in my stomach; less bloating and less irritated. I am still using it and am getting the results advertised. I will caveat that I workout six days a week and eat very clean about 85% of the time.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
