    The CEO of Focallure, you are a thief

    Overall Experience:

    An American business name as a front for a Chinese import make-up company reselling cheap products.

    I've been waiting over four months now for products they failed to deliver, said would re-deliver, then the CE said I lied about it all and threatened legal action, despite email chains from multiple customer service reps at her company admitting fault and promising action. Once taken up with PayPal, I was offered a 20% refund. It's now been reported to the FBI for online criminal activity, and judging by the number of complaints saying THE EXACT SAME THING. I wouldn't want to be in the CEO's shoes.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Your order was placed on December 1st and shipped on December 21st. This is during the holiday season, so the delays can happen. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the delivery time because it depends completely on the shipping company and your local carrier. We are not the shipping company. According to the tracking number, your order has been delivered o January 11th, so this is normal shipping time for international order.
