I've been using Wish for some time now, but it only takes that one time to get ripped off, and it causes you to never purchase from that company again! This is what has happened in my case.

I ordered a product at the end of January 2018, and as of mid-April 2018, my product has yet to be received. I looked at the tracking info, where it showed that my item had not made it through US Customs and had been returned back to China. I contacted Wish, and their response was that they would not refund my money. Apparently, they have a policy called "return/refund." And, this includes that, if you do not receive your item, if it's after 30 days of estimated delivery, you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.

I again, messaged them stating that, "How can I request a refund for an item NEVER received?" As their "policy" is clearly titled: "Return/Refund."

BUYER BEWARE! If you order from Wish, you may or may not receive your purchased product, and if you don't receive it, you will NOT be refunded your money; Wish will keep your money and the product that you purchased!
