This was a first for us ordering a tux online. The tux was ordered for my son’s prom and did not disappoint! It was ordered per his measurements and arrived within a week of ordering. My son is 6'2'' and a thin build, always hard to fit. The tux arrived and everything fit perfect, but the pants looked a bit too long so I called The Black Tux and was told that I could go to a local tailor who could hem the pants for me up to $15 and I’d be reimbursed or that they could hem a pair and send them out. I chose the latter and the pants arrived a few days later and fit my son perfectly. Their customer service was fantastic!
