I have IBS and have been on a probiotic for 10+ years, which has been somewhat helpful to minimize my symptoms. I listened to the information about Advanced Restorative Probiotic and realized that I had most of the same symptoms Maggie Q was talking about and that maybe all probiotics were not the same. I've been taking the AR probiotic for almost a month, and I can say that I have less bloating and pain, which is fantastic. Very happy with the product.
