    Don't order - scam!

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered the brow gel since it advertised a FREE brown brush with the purchase, and I waited almost two weeks for it to arrive WITHOUT the brush. How am I supposed to apply the gel?! I’ve been emailing customer service for a week now and finally got a response saying they will give me 20% off my next order. How does that fix the problem?! First of all, why would I want to place another order after that? Second, how about just sending me the brush! Horrible customer service. Sounds like a scam company.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
