I love the eyeliner! It stays PUT all day long...no smearing or smudging. I just wish it came in more colors.
The lipstick is great, too! The color stays on for hours!
The only issue was it took too long to receive, in my opinion.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
