I started BIO X4 in September and have used it daily since. I have lost nearly 17 pounds without making much adjustment to my lifestyle.
Results are not immediate, and you must have patience. Follow the instructions. Try and take the three pills daily. I did notice within a week, I was eating less and my evening cravings were gone. The start I was looking for to aid in my weight loss.
The weight loss then became evident with family and friends and motivated me even further to continue the trend of weight loss!
