I have suffered with Candida overgrowth for over 20 years. My children have it also. I have discovered that allergies are just a word used to describe a condition of the gut. Ask yourself what food do you go to and like best? This is your foggy brain talking, and if you start by eliminating that food item, you are on the right track. Mine was bread. I also feel that diet alone, while a key component to health, will not suffice in America. Our quality of foods are so bad we are slowly dying.
