    Hubble Contacts

    Worst customer service

    Overall Experience:

You better hope they get everything right the first time, otherwise, good luck getting anything resolved!

My order kept getting rejected for the free trial box, and they kept sending me emails stating that I needed to contact my doctor for further inquiries. My doctor was completely lost because they kept doing everything on their end (after multiple attempts) to verify my RX with Hubble Contacts. My RX was even emailed to their customer support email address, but for various reasons, they kept telling me that they couldn’t do anything about an order that had already been canceled, but if I made a new order, they would take care of it.

Again, myself and my doctor did everything only to have it rejected again. Upon further inquiry, Hubble Contacts told me they couldn’t provide a specific reason as to why it was canceled, but if I tried again, it would get fixed.

Kept doing it again and again, and now not only am I very frustrated, but my doctor's office is fed up with all my phone calls and the amount of time they keep putting into verifying my lense RX with Hubble Contacts.

Their email addresses may have phone numbers at the bottom, but if you actually call the number, you’ll get a voicemail explaining that the number has no real purpose and they don’t even check the messages. If you don’t believe me, try calling it for yourself: 1-844-482-2531.

They sent me emails asking about my experiences with their employees and I kept rating them with the lowest rating explaining I needed some help, but no one else ever responded and I am now making an effort to review them here.

I would really like to try their contacts and have heard good things from people who currently use them, but be warned - if you have any hiccups in the order process then you will be doomed to a path of frustration and people who really don’t care (apparently they have a large enough customer base that they don’t need to).

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
