    Great products, horrible customer service

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered five lipsticks for an event I had coming up and when I ordered, shipping said 5-7 business days. The product took 3 WEEKS to get to me. I emailed customer service and asked for a refund after 12 days of not receiving my order since it would not be here in time for my event, and they said they could only refund 10% of my money back (which they still haven't). I finally got my order and tried the lipsticks today, and I do love the product, it is super long lasting. Although I love the product I'm not sure I would order again due to lack of good customer service.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
