As she states, if you have had a problem losing weight this product will help, if not, it may not. I dieted and exercised for four months with zero results, besides no additional weight gain. I started on BIO X4 and changed nothing else, and the weight just melted off. It helps us digest our foods due to the damage that these man-made ingredients have done to our digestive system. You do have to drink a lot of water for good results, but water is good for you anyway.
