I ordered two products in January. It was not possible to pay when the order was made.
One product arrived on time. The other one didn't arrive yet (4th of May 2018), and I have been contacted by a company (Klarna), which should get my payment to pay for the products. I told them that I haven't received one product yet and they told me they would put the invoice on hold and that I have to contact Wish, which I did.
After a few days, I received a letter from Klarna requesting the payment of the product that I never received plus a fine for not paying on time.
I exchanged countless emails with Wish without any answer on how to cancel the product that I have never received. The answers don't even make sense. The last one, e.g., is saying that I can't ask for a refund because I'm too late (when I just asked how to cancel the product).
I spent already hours exchanging emails on this subject...
About Wish? Well, I wish I had never ordered anything from them! Stay away!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
