So far, 2 and 1/2 weeks in, I am happy with how things are going. It has become a quick morning routine. I add a splash of Blueberry juice and it goes down very smoothly. I have yet to "see" results, but I will admit, I "feel" results. More balanced, more 'regular,' less cravings. I think it's just a matter of consistency of time until results follow!
