    Had to start with a small amount

    Overall Experience:

    Taking a full scoop was too much for my system. I tried with adding extra water, shaking more, etc. I finally started taking one teaspoon at night. I have had amazing results with regard to sugar cravings. I have been able to eat 200-300 less calories a day and very little sugar! I am a very sensitive person and generally require lower dosage of meds. This could be due to my age, which is 74. I have struggled with sugar cravings for years and this is really helping. I would have given five stars, but I still get a lot of gas from the product even though I am accustomed to a high fiber diet.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
