I ordered Prebiothrive and have been using it almost daily. Although I don't see an immense difference, I do feel that I feel a difference in my digestive system. I felt it almost immediately. The only thing that I wish is that it stayed mixed up in my water. It is difficult to get it to mix up, then settles almost immediately and has to be reshaken before each drink. But, that's not a big deal if it is truly helping my gut. A little shaking of the water bottle is truly no big deal in the whole scheme of things.
