My energy has definitely picked up and my G.I. tract seems to be moving a lot more naturally. Definitely has been a positive experience for me. I haven’t noticed much weight loss, however, I just started on it a few weeks ago. I have a three month supply, so we will see if the results pick up in the next month or two.
