I ordered socks four days ago and got no confirmation or expected shipping date or anything.
Now, I'm on my third customer service rep (I was told originally their "crack team" would have me satisfied in 12 hours) who says (with a lot of inappropriate exclamation points in his email) that he can't find my order, but he "looks forward to my reply!" and asks me for the info I already gave them twice.
Well, my credit card company, sure enough, found it.
This is the worst customer service this side of Hewlett Packard. Complete runaround/stall for time.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
