I have been faithfully taking BIO X4 since Fall 2017.
I no longer experience bloating or feel gassy after eating. My bowel movements are normal and regular now that I’m taking BIO X4. My husband takes BIO X4 too. He and I both notice we feel better now than prior to taking these probiotic and digestive enzymes all in a capsule! I can’t imagine going back to my old probiotic regimen.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
