I’m allergic to the cinnamon in it, but I still take it. I don't feel as energetic as I hoped, but it seems to be helping me lose weight. Also, it appears to be helping my IBS symptoms a little. I have gotten my wife trying it see if it helps her. Overall, I think I have little more energy than before.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
