Because I am already doing a lot of "good things" for my nutrition and digestion, I probably am not having quite as dramatic an experience as some people. But because I am always looking for higher quality products, I decided to try these probiotics. I do think they are "doing the trick" for ease of digestion and improvement in elimination, and could be beneficial for someone already doing "good things." Thanks!
