I was having issues with completely emptying my bowels and going regularly. I tried fiber, which did work but had to take a lot of it. BIO X4 works great for me. I take two pills. One for breakfast and one with dinner. Keeps me regular and happy. No more having to go several times in a short span of time with little result. If you're having trouble going to the bathroom, I'd give this a try. It worked for me.
