I've been using BIO X4 about 1 and 1/2 years and I love it. Since using it, I haven't had any colds or my seasonal sinus colds in January and October. It has really kept me healthy. And very important to me, has helped with my weight loss by depressing my appetite. My doctor approved of BIO X4 too, since there are no side effects.
I highly recommend it. I buy multiple quantities to save money.
