I like Vital Reds because I was looking for a product with multiple ingredients that could work on multiple biological systems at the same time. I know this is about Vital Reds but I also ordered Prebiothrive at the same time, and use both products. The Prebiothrive has cut down on my gas by putting the good bacteria back into my gut to improve my digestion, which also improved my absorption of the Vital Reds, which is improving my overall health.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
