I like this product; it's definitely helping with regularity. The feeling of a balloon in my gut was still not going away though until I went on an antifungal. I think it's important to do both or people may get discouraged with the probiotic and think it's not helping. In my experience, taking antifungals is the fastest way to see improvements with the probiotic. I also love the continuous correspondence with their customers. It feels like they genuinely care about how we're doing and that's important to me because they're not just out to take money from us, they're here to help us feel better.
