I really enjoy the flavor of the Vital Reds. I can definitely say that my afternoon slump has disappeared and I do have a more consistent energy level. I forgot to take my Vital Reds home for the weekends as I've been having it at work, so as yet, I haven't noticed an improvement in my sleep, but I soon hope that this will happen too when I take it regularly.
