I purchased some of this stuff and tried it out for a few days. Because I am lactose intolerant, I had a bad reaction to the product. It wasn't until I read the bottle that I found out it said it contained milk in it. So this might be a problem for those of you who are in the same boat as I am. It's too bad, I really wanted to give this stuff a try. Now I have to get my money back.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
