I decided to try Vital Reds because I had a number of health problems that were identified in the advertising of the product. I had tried other drink supplements which I really did not like the taste or see any change in me physically. I like the flavor of Vital Reds and I have more energy, plus I am starting to drop some weight.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
