My wife and I tried Vital Reds because we were lacking energy. After the first day, we both felt more energy all day. I have been using it for about a month, and it still works. One day we did not use it, and by late afternoon we both felt the lack of energy. After the results we have seen I will be looking at the other products that Dr. Gundry has. We are also changing our diet.
