    Nucific BIO X4

    Maybe for some, but not for me

    Overall Experience:

    I tried posting a very thorough and honest review here before, and it got filtered out...no shock there. Anyway, to sum it up, I waited the full recommended three months and then some before making up my mind about the product. It sounds like it's helped thousands if not millions of people manage their weight and digestive health, which is wonderful, but no such luck for me.

    If anything, I'm more constipated than before, and I haven't lost a pound. I'm still bloated, gassy, and have no energy whatsoever. I take 6 a day instead of 3, hoping initially that this would give me better results. But now, I'm just taking the 6 a day to get rid of the pills more quickly. It's too late to request a refund (90 days till it works, 90 day refund period, haha) and I'm sure the probiotics are doing something good beneath the surface, so I'll finish the remaining 1.5 bottles and then go back to just drinking green tea and protein shakes, I suppose.

    I really hate leaving negative reviews but maybe it's good for the company to acknowledge their product simply won't work for some people, and that's totally fine...but maybe be more realistic about managing expectations?

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
