My day starts at 6 am, if I'm lucky, and ends late at night. I have two businesses and am constantly on the go. Dr. Gundry's herbal regime keeps me going and I feel great. I take Total Restore at dinner time, which is usually my biggest meal of the day. One thing to remember here is that Total Restore quietly works behind the scenes, as do all of his herbal products.
