As of this writing, I am down to my last 2/3 capsules. I am not sure how I would or am supposed to feel after 30 days of using ActivatedYou.
What I noticed the most is the consistent regularity of my bowel movements. Especially, after a meal (possibly my body moving unneeded things out). My bowel movements were regular, however, while using ActivatedYou, the movements were almost like clockwork.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
