I have tried so many enzymes and probiotics, and this is it! Finally! I'm on opioids and suffer with ulcerative colitis and constipation and poor digestive system. I even got my mom hooked. Take it before each meal. You will see and feel the difference. If I forget to take it, I get bloated again. Try it! It works.
