    Overall Experience:

    I placed my order on May 9th, and I have yet to receive it. I contacted their customer service department several times and have gotten conflicting information. The only thing that's consistent is the responses I'm getting are identical to the responses others have gotten, and they reported this company to the BBB. All I want is a refund.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
