    Perfect customer support

    Overall Experience:

    Whenever I contacted their customer support, I always got a quick and helpful response. Perhaps, people don’t know how to contact them. They have info@mindvalley.com email which has only an auto-response as they only send their newsletters with it. But if you contact them via support@mindvalley.com, you will always get the answer. Also, I have all the information on all the courses I bought in my profile. I just explored it a little bit more. So I can keep an eye on what I bought, which of my subscriptions are active and I have to expect to be charged for them. As sometimes we can subscribe to something and just forget about it. And one of customer support agents was very helpful and explained this all to me.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
