I decided to try the ActivatedYou Advanced Restoration Probiotic as an additional step in reaching my health goals. I have carried extra weight most of my life. I have been active with running events yet despite my cardio activities and nutritional choices, I continue to carry the weight. I decided to try the product and add strength training to my daily routine. I am in my 50s and my efforts have been complicated by reaching this stage of life. My expectations for adding this product have been giving my system an advantage of processing foods more effectively to result in more energy throughout the day and allowing my body to burn fat rather than store it.

I have been using the product for 30 days. My body is still adjusting to the addition of good bacteria in my system. I am still experiencing gas and boating. However, I have experienced some positive changes so far. Recently I noticed feeling energized without the benefit of caffeine and I noticed a significant reduction in cravings for simple carbs and sugary foods. I expect to have more positive changes to come.
