I love BIO X4. The results aren't a quick fix. If you use it as recommended, you will see the results. For me, it helps me curb snacking. I also found myself eating less as I wasn't as hungry as before. So, yes, I did lose weight. So if you're consistent and patient, you will feel and look better.
