The plan, so far, seems to be a good method for reducing consumer debt. The shaky part is how to handle those "HOSTILE" creditors after enrollment. Better clarification is required to show that funds used to pay creditors is provided by client and funds are not actually "LOANED" to the client, and settlements must wait on accumulated payments by client - months. The creditor response to this debt plan can cause problems. I think a better plan would be to use a "cash flow matching technique."
