    Terrible company - avoid this sham business

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered a product, and after about a week, I checked the site to see that the product hadn't been shipped. A week later, the same thing. I decided to cancel the order, but every time I emailed the company requesting cancelation and a refund, I was ignored and told it was going to ship soon. It was really odd. I would say, "Please cancel and refund to my credit card" and I would get a response email saying, "Thank you for your patience, we are working to get your order to you soon." It's like they refused to acknowledge my request for a refund.

    Finally, they told me I couldn't cancel because the order was in "fulfillment." That was a lie because after reporting them to the BBB and doing a charge-back on my credit card, they sent me a notice of cancellation.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
