I have been using this product for two years now. I’m a nursing student, and I have been learning about how important gut health is, so I wanted to get mine healthy. I had a lot of food sensitivities that would cause bloating and discomfort. I was starting to think I had full blown IBS.
About a month into taking BIO X4 I can actually eat whatever I want with no problems. I sleep better, I feel happier all the time. I’m genuinely shocked at how much better everything in my life has gotten. The icing on the cake is that I have lost about 30 lbs total, the only change I made was about moving corn syrup from my diet and taking BIO X4, I still eat things like pizza and chips and ice cream. I recommend it to everyone.
