In the short amount of time that I have signed up for BetterHelp, it has helped me in various ways. I had a great counselor that helped me in my darkest times. It's a convenient app and if you can't afford it, there are options to make it easier for you to pay. If you're feeling out of it or not yourself, it's just a click away on your phone, tablet or computer. I don't regret it, and I will turn to this in the future for any other needs or concerns I have.
