Simple, fast, customer-friendly fitting, ordering and return process. I did a quick update of my sizing from last year, and the tux arrived as promised.
I made a mistake and ordered too small a shirt and a new one arrived within a few days. I had the jacket sleeves altered and submitted a picture of the receipt, and they credited my account within one day.
After prom, I put it all in the box and dropped it off at FedEx.
