I took these for three days as directed. I did not notice any increase in energy or appetite suppression. I am a runner and I weight train. I felt the same energy level as before I ever used this product. Very disappointed. I contacted customer service and was told they do not offer refunds for the one month supply. Poor product and poor customer service.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
